(“CLOUDENTITY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and is designed to inform you of the policies, practices and procedures that apply to the collection, security, use and disclosure of the information we or any of our subsidiary and affiliated companies collect through our website (HTTPS://WWW.CLOUDENTITY.COM) or otherwise in connection with the products and services you may access or use online or through a mobile device.

While we may make distinctions by referring to anyone who uses our products or services as a User and anyone who has registered to use our Services as a Registered User, whether you are a visitor to our Site or you use our Services, we may simply refer to you in this Privacy Policy as “you” or “your”. The features, functions and utilities available from us online, wirelessly or otherwise, whether they are products or services or available on our website or through a mobile device, will be referred to as “Services” in this Privacy Policy and we will use the term “Site” to refer to the above-mentioned website, as well as any other digital or electronic mechanism by which you access or use our products and services or interact with us (e.g., email, SMS).

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time and you should check back to this webpage frequently because all amendments and changes will be posted on this page. When appropriate, especially for material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email or by other means prior to the changes taking effect. Personally Identifiable Information You Give Us

Log Data We Collect

Access & Choice

You have the right to access your personally identifiable information to correct, amend, or delete information that is inaccurate, requires updating or has been processed in violation of the any data protection principles unless the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to your privacy, or where the rights of other persons would be violated. If we are requested by you to remove or correct data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe and make corrections that are proper, although in certain circumstances, we may be required by law to retain a copy of your original personally identifiable information or we may need to do so to continue to allow you to use our Site or to provide you with our Services.

You should review their privacy policies and you will need to contact or login into the third party application to learn how the third party application uses your information and what steps you need to take to have them remove your personally identifiable information.
