Enable the Roles early access feature to let tenant administrators add and manage various types of administrators for the entire organization. This ensures appropriate access and oversight according to specific needs and roles.

There are four main categories of administration capabilities:

• Administration of the entire tenant: This role can manage all aspects of the tenant, including settings, users, and resources across the entire organization.

• Audit rights for the entire tenant: This role can view activities and data throughout the entire tenant.

• Administration of specific workspace/organization only: This role can manage settings and users only within a specific workspace or organization, without access to the entire tenant.

• Audit rights for specific workspace/organization only: This role can view activities and data only within a specific workspace or organization.
